ng99 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ng99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ng99 platform at https://ng99.io and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the ng99 brand.

ng99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for the Bangladesh market, offering a comprehensive range of products including cricket and sports betting, live casino table games, slot machine games, crash games, and virtual sports. All products are delivered in English and are accessible to eligible players located in Bangladesh.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ng99 with respect to your use of the platform. ng99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use ng99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of any organisation.
• You are using the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on ng99 or subject to any cooling-off period imposed by the platform.
• You have not previously had an ng99 account closed or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager.

ng99 does not knowingly accept registrations from persons who are barred from online gambling under any applicable law or regulation in their jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the player to determine whether their use of the platform is lawful in their location.

ng99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ng99's discretion. All transactions are conducted in BDT.

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit amount: ৳200.
• All deposits are credited to your ng99 wallet in real time upon confirmation of receipt by the payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account, less any applicable processing fees.
• ng99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum single withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the same account registered in your name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash and Nagad is 10 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods or scheduled maintenance windows.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, ng99 may require identity verification documentation including a copy of a national ID card or passport.
• Any balance derived from bonus funds remains subject to the applicable wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• ng99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for compliance, fraud prevention, or verification purposes. The affected player will be notified and given reasonable opportunity to provide requested documentation.

ng99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified ng99 account in good standing.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Any bonus balance remaining after expiry of the validity period will be removed from the account without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, certain crash titles, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion.
• Bonuses may not be used in combination with other bonuses unless expressly stated.

• Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using a bonus for low-risk hedged betting strategies; colluding with other players; and exploiting software errors or miscalculations.

Players who participate in the ng99 VIP programme are subject to additional terms communicated at the time of VIP tier assignment. VIP benefits including enhanced cashback percentages, faster withdrawal limits, and dedicated support access are awarded at ng99's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

The following general rules govern all sportsbook and casino wagers placed on ng99. Product-specific rules (for example, cricket in-play rules, specific slot game rules, or live casino table rules) are published separately within each product section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the ng99 system. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player.
• ng99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been suspended, cancelled, or materially altered before conclusion — for example, an abandoned cricket match, a disqualified participant, or a game outcome under official review.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, unless the bet is placed in error due to a system malfunction or a manifest pricing error. In the case of a manifest pricing error, ng99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. These limits may vary by event, market, and player account tier.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your ng99 wallet immediately upon settlement. In-play and live markets are settled within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the event.
• ng99 does not accept bets from players with knowledge of an irregular outcome or from persons who have any form of inside information regarding a sporting event. Any bet suspected of being placed on the basis of inside information will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ng99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share bonuses, or otherwise defraud ng99 or fellow players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ng99 platform. Any player who discovers a technical error must report it to support immediately and must not attempt to profit from it.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the ng99 platform. ng99 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence bodies in Bangladesh and internationally.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ng99 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate ng99 transaction through your payment provider without first raising the matter with ng99 support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ng99's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ng99 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ng99's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or your sharing of login details with a third party.
• Errors in your own judgement when placing bets or participating in casino games.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ng99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your ng99 account by submitting a written request to our support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment account within seven (7) business days, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements, active wagering requirements on bonus funds, or open compliance investigations.

ng99 may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect and without prior notice if:

• You are found to be in breach of any clause of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during the account lifecycle.
• ng99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Continuing to offer services to you would expose ng99 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for breach, ng99 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived balance or winnings associated with the breach while retaining any deposited funds pending a compliance review. The outcome of any such review will be communicated to the player via the registered email address.

ng99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ng99 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you continue to use the ng99 platform after any update to these Terms has been published, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full.
